Diadem Capital Closes Oversubscribed $600K Pre-Seed Round
Diadem Capital, the private markets platform connecting founders with venture capital, non-dilutive funding, and venture debt, has closed a $600,000 Pre-Seed fundraise — exceeding its original $500,000 target.
A Round Built on Relationships
The oversubscribed round was led by Launch NY and included a notable mix of institutional and strategic backers: Innovent Capital Group, strategic investor Paddock Ventures, former Citi senior colleagues, and angel investors including New York Angels and individual angels from the Buffalo area and Westchester County.
What Diadem Is Building
"All of this is a relationship business."
CEO and co-founder Stephanie Rieben, based in New York City, spoke to the gap Diadem was founded to close. For too long, early-stage founders in the private markets have navigated fundraising without structured support or a platform built around their needs. Diadem exists to change that.
The Buffalo-headquartered company sits at the intersection of intelligent matching and human-validated introductions, giving founders a structured path to the right capital partners at the right time.
